    TRB Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (”TRB”) is committed to ensuring the privacy of all loan / financing applicants’ (”Applicants”) information.

  2. Application

    This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information submitted by Applicants on the www.mhub.my; www.mhub.com.my; www.mortgagehub.my and www.mortgagehub.com.my (the “Website” or “MHub”) or emailed to TRB/MHub, and any information that may be automatically retrieved through the services that TRB offers on the Website (”Services”).

  3. Collection

    We collect personal information for the purposes of in processing your application for loan / financing through MHub, to facilitate the referrals of your loan / financing application to the relevant Credit Service Providers, and to administer the products and services that you have signed up for and to respond to your enquiries and complaints, and to resolve disputes, and to update your loan / financing applications status via MHub. If you do not provide us with all the information we request, we may not be able to deliver our services.

  4. Consent

    By accessing the Website and/or using the Services, all Applicants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage and processing of their information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

  5. Changes to Privacy Policy

    TRB may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to Users. All Users agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy that is in effect at the time they access the Website and/or use the Services.

  6. Personal information

    In order to use the Services, all Users will need to submit certain personal information such as their email address, name, national registration identification number, passport number, address, telephone number, gender, date of birth and preferred credit service provider. Users may be asked to submit further information from time to time.

  7. Use of information and data

    The personal information that Users provide will only be used in connection with the Services offered by TRB / MHub, to communicate with Applicants in relation to the Services, to update Applicants on their loan / financing application status or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities. TRB reserves the right to use data (on an anonymous basis) in relation to Applicants use of the Services for marketing and data analytics purposes.

  8. Disclosure of information

    Unless expressly authorised to do so by the relevant Applicant, TRB will not disclose any User’s personal information to any third party except where the disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected as provided hereinabove.

  9. Access to and updates of information

    Users may request at any time to see the personal information that TRB / MHub holds on its behalf or to correct or update any personal information (to the extent that Users are unable to do so on the Website). Please email TRB at general@mhub.my

  10. Data Security

    We maintain your personal data in a secure server environment. We have implemented certain appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.

    Also, please note that we may store and process your personal information in systems located outside of your home country. However, regardless of where storage and processing may occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is protected, consistent with the principles set forth under this Policy.

  11. Retention

    TRB may hold Users’ personal information both before and after the cancellation of each User’s account, but only for as long as LIFE is lawfully entitled to do so.
