How do I get started with MHub?


We will schedule a demonstration to see how MHub can benefit you. If all is well, a services agreement would be sent to you for review. Upon execution of this services agreement, our MHub Community Team will then proceed to setup MHub for your business.

How are the loan application updates real-time?


Mortgage Bankers in MHub will be updating the loan application status in real-time via their personal login account. We have mechanisms to ensure that this process is done. However, the speed of updating by the Mortgage Banker varies from banker to banker.

What is the most basic requirement to register?


A legally registered company in Malaysia.

Will training be provided to use the tool?


Yes. A complimentary one-time training for Developers is provided. Additional user trainings can be arranged upon request whereby a reasonable fee and travelling charges may be imposed. Training room and facility is to be provided by the Developer.

Can I use MHub immediately after I have registered?


Unfortunately, this is not possible due to security. Once your registration is received, your details will be verified and crosschecked on our system. If needed, our friendly MHub Community Team may contact you for verification. This is to ensure all users are genuine to prevent fraud.

Who and where do I get my leads from?


Once you are registered with MHub, your particulars would be then listed onto our online directory of bankers accessible by Developers & Agents. Developers & Agents in MHub will determine whom they shall pass the lead to. A good working relationship with Developers/Agents may increase your chances of receiving more leads.

Will other mortgage bankers receive the same leads passed to me?


Yes, but only up to three. We allow Developers & Agents to send leads to 3 different banks per application.

Are the updates real-time?


Yes. Developers/Agents will receive any loan updates in real-time.

What is the most basic requirement to register?


You must be an employee of a financial/non-financial institution registered with Bank Negara. You will also need to register with a valid work email address.

What are the charges?


MHub is free for all bankers.
